Enrolment

If you are interested in joining me for Pilates then contact me in the first instance. An enrolment form must be completed before joining. The form is available to download online or I can forward you this directly by email.

The enrolment form needs to be saved to your computer first then completed. There is a separate space available for any further information on any medical issues.

In addition, if you are joining me in person there is a COVID19 clearance form to complete.

The forms need to be with me before attending class for the first time to give me opportunity to review.

Bookings

Bookings for either group classes or individual sessions can be made directly through Sarah Sykes by email ssykes@wwsm.co.uk or by telephone. Spaces are limited to 12 in each group class and are subject to availability.   Generally, when you sign up for a term I will allocate a class to you.  Bookings are not transferrable between people.

 

Payment

Payment is required prior to the term start date to confirm your booking. For group classes I generally operate a 5/6 week term block payable in advance. For individual sessions please pay before attending or on arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes and sessions, so please book out of class if you are unable to attend – you will be charged for last minute cancellations (understandably life gets in the way sometimes, so should an emergency arise please let me know ASAP).

If I have to cancel a class for any reason I will operate a catch up alternative or credit your account to use in a future class or session within the term block. In exceptional cases virtual sessions will be offered as the alternative.

 

Non attendance

If you know you are unable to make a group class you may be able to swap into another class in the same term block, subject to availability. No refunds are available for part terms. (If you are unable to attend a number of classes in a term you may prefer to use the PAYGO rate).

If you miss a session without adequate notice you will be classed as a non attendee and will not be entitled to a refund.
